Purpose of the Test:

Participation in this test is completely free and conducted online.
The test content is based on the intended grade level and includes key subjects such as Math, Science, Dari, English, and General Knowledge.
Upon successful completion of the test, the student will be placed in the appropriate grade and begin her academic journey.
Introduction to Academic Advisor and Class Group
After the registration is finalized and the grade level is assigned, the student is introduced to an Academic Advisor (Mentor) who will guide her throughout the academic journey, provide support, and answer any questions.
The student will also be added to her dedicated online class group (via platforms such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, or a dedicated LMS) to foster regular interaction with classmates and teachers.
Responsibilities of the Academic Advisor:
-
Welcome and orientation session
-
Explanation of curriculum and study methods

Document Verification & Identity Confirmation
After receiving the registration form, our Admissions Team carefully reviews all submitted information and documents. This step ensures the authenticity of the student’s identity and the eligibility of documents for official enrollment.
Steps in this stage:
-
Complete review of the registration form and attachments
-
Cross-checking identity details (Name, Date of Birth, etc.)
-
Optional short interview via call (if needed)
-
Final confirmation logged into the system
If any documents are missing or unclear, the applicant will be contacted via email or WhatsApp to provide the required items.
Identity confirmation not only ensures academic security but also builds mutual trust between the student and the educational institution.
Evaluation and Result Announcement
After the student participates in the Placement Test, all answers are carefully reviewed by the academic evaluation team. The purpose of this stage is to determine the most appropriate grade level for the student.
Evaluation Steps:
