A Structured Weekly Schedule for Consistent Progress and Balance
In online learning, time discipline is crucial for academic success. Therefore, the Afghanistan Girls International Online School has implemented a well-organized, flexible, and learner-centered weekly timetable.
From Saturday to Wednesday, students follow 4 to 5 subjects per day. Each subject includes approximately 40 minutes of instruction, followed by 10-minute breaks to ensure focus and prevent fatigue.
Thursdays are dedicated to revision sessions, enrichment activities, optional assessments, and personal development workshops. Fridays are general holidays.
The schedule is tailored to each grade level, considering age, cognitive capacity, and educational goals. Core subjects include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Dari, English, Islamic Studies, History, Geography, ICT, Physical Education, and Arts.
